What Multigrain is

Multigrain is a document intelligence tool that extracts and links entities across your documents. You upload documents; we help you make sense of them.

Using without an account

You can use Multigrain for free without creating an account. In this mode, your data is stored locally in your browser and is never sent to our servers. Local storage can be cleared by your browser under certain conditions — if you clear site data, use private/incognito mode, or your device runs low on space. For persistent storage, create a free account.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens under it.

Your content

Your documents are yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you upload. You can delete your content at any time.

What you can't do

• Upload illegal content
• Use Multigrain to harm others
• Try to break or reverse-engineer the service
• Share your account with others

Service availability

We'll do our best to keep Multigrain running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may change or discontinue features with notice.

Liability

Multigrain is provided as-is. We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service. If you're unhappy, stop using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let you know if anything important changes. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
